Kathy graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Teaching Certification in Health and Physical Education. The years following college her career shifted from Exercise Physiology to Corporate Conference Planning, and again to Sales and Meeting Management for Marriott. She also worked with her husband, Mark, in the early years of his business, helping to establish Ocean City Financial Group’s first office, before leaving to raise their children full-time.
Their son Todd is a recent Finance graduate, and currently the Senior Director of Rentals for Eclat Investments in Ocean City. Their daughter, Summer, is a Graphic Design student and soccer player for Monmouth University.
Kathy is probably most recognized locally as an avid runner of the Ocean City boardwalk. She can be found there most mornings whether rain or shine. Her passion for fitness and athletics dates to her youth when she enjoyed playing soccer, just like Summer. In the fall of 2023, Kathy was thrilled to be inducted into the Shawnee High School Athletics Hall of Fame.
